Red Bull Racing Running Showcar lands in New York City Red Bull Media House

If you thought Jimi Hendrix's rendition of the national anthem at Woodstock was revolutionary, check out the version laid down by the Red Bull Racing Running Showcar below.

The Formula One team is in New York City this week with the high-revving demo car, if you couldn't already tell by some of the suspect circular skidmarks showing up around town.

Next season, Formula One is expected to race across the Hudson River in New Jersey -- called the Grand Prix of America -- and the team decided to take advantage of the series' summer hiatus -- with Red Bull Racing leading the constructors' championship and Mark Webber sitting second in the drivers' title hunt -- to pop in on the future venue for a second time.

Sebastian Vettel was in New York a couple of months ago for some hot laps of the New Jersey circuit and to make an appearance on "Late Show With David Letterman." This time, Red Bull Racing ambassador David Coulthard is behind the wheel.

But the team didn't only do doughnuts at Liberty State Park, it also showed off one of the Running Showcar's hidden talents -- singing "The Star Spangled Banner." Stay tuned for the Skrillex remix.
