Defending Winter Dew Tour Slopestyle champ Spencer O’Brien finished on top of the heap once again at Utah’s Snowbasin resort over the weekend.

Her winning run included a frontside boardslide, a 5-0 and three consecutive 540s (frontside, switch backside, and backside), putting her ahead of Jenny Jones and Megan Ginter, who rounded out the podium.

“I’m super stoked, and it’s really nice to be back on top at the Dew Tour,” said O’Brien. “It was a big crowd and they were really supportive, so that makes it more fun.”

Main rival Jamie Anderson finished in fourth place, matching Spencer’s result at the Tour opener in Breckenridge last month, which puts the pair into a tie in overall points with one event remaining in early February. Jones sits just five points behind, so it’s sure to be an exciting final.

Also at Snowbasin, Simon Dumont rallied to a second-place finish behind Jossi Wells in the Freeski Superpipe Finals. Dumont, who dropped a 900, right 900, double flip, alley-oop 720 and a switch 1080 at his customary amplitude, now sits just 35 points behind Wells for the overall crown.

Check out Spencer and Simon at Mt. Snow, Vermont, for the final Tour event, going down from February 4-7.
