Crazy Legs, the legendary breakdancer and leader of the Rock Steady Crew out of the Bronx, New York, is retiring from battle competition after 35 years. CNN was on hand at his last battle -- the first of a two-part series profiling Crazy Legs.
The b-boy has appeared in such classic hip-hop movies as "Wild Style" and "Beat Street." He also appeared in "Flashdance." Check out the interview and dance clips (new and old) and find out what Legs, who is 46, plans to do now with life.
And here is Crazy Legs back in the early 1980s, performing with Young Ken Swift (white Adidas) on "Late Night With David Letterman."
