The world’s most prestigious off-road race is coming to your house this Sunday at 12:00 p.m. PT/3:00 p.m. ET on NBC, and Red Bull’s own Kendall Norman is slated to be among the broadcast’s highlighted athletes.
Norman and riding partner Quinn Cody had plenty of pressure going into the 43rd annual Tecate SCORE Baja 1000, as the always-dominant JCR Honda team had the daunting task of defending their 1X plate following last year’s impressive win.
In 2010, the treacherous 1,061-mile-long course stretched from the Northern tip of Baja all the way down to the Southern, giving ten other teams plenty of time and distance to dethrone the champs. Kendall would not be denied, however, as the desert ace stormed on to his fifth overall Baja 1000 win!
All the drama and excitement of this year’s race was captured for your viewing pleasure, so be sure to set your DVR if can’t catch the broadcast…
