Kevin Robinson in New York City Cody York

Four-time X Games BMX gold medalist Kevin Robinson is giving away the ultimate prize for the ultimate X Games fan. The complete prize package will send one lucky winner and three guests to see the 2011 X Games live in Los Angeles.

The giveaway comes courtesy of The K-Rob Foundation that Kevin started up last year with his wife Robin. “Our mission is to help the deserving children of East Providence, Rhode Island (Kevin’s hometown) to stay involved in athletics and live healthy, active lives,” says Robinson. “The ultimate goal is to get a public skatepark as well as a youth center in East Providence.”

How to Win

Participation in the raffle is simple. All you have to do is purchase a raffle ticket; to do so, send an email to and request your raffle tickets for $20 each. Then on May 21st, at the “Ride with K-Rob Fun Festival” in East Providence, they will raffle off the grand prize trip.

The prize package will include: an $800 flight ticket voucher, a 3-night stay at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, VIP passes to X Games 17, a behind-the-scenes tour at XG and a meet-and-greet with some of the athletes, including the Big Air X Games gold medalist himself, K-Rob.

Aside from being super busy running the K-Rob Foundation and doing appearances for his other company, KC Motivational Speakers, Kevin is back riding again after his fifth shoulder surgery within the past year.

“I hit my 40th surgery with the last one. Pretty funny!” he says. “I’ll never use an injury as an excuse for my performance - it’s just part of the job.”

The high-air world record holder plans to ride all the Dew Tour stops, mega ramp events and X Games this year. “I’m psyched for the 2011 season, not only for riding but also for speaking and the foundation.”
