Frank Ocean Streams “Channel Orange” on Tumblr

Frank Ocean recently made a number of splashes in the media. In addition to writing a heartfelt note on his Tumblr account that described falling in love with a man, he gave a standout performance on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon." On Tuesday, Ocean offered his entire "Channel Orange" (Def Jam) for streaming on Tumblr -- one week before its official release on July 17. Check out the tunes and the cover art -- or buy the album on iTunes.

Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti Share New Track

Romans Share “Mystery Girl” Single

Somewhere between the 1950s teen doo-wop tracks that your grandparents swapped saliva to and the Clash’s “Give ‘Em Enough Rope” lies the sound of Romans, the duo made up by Jeremy Fury (of We Are The Fury fame) and Craig Bonich (Head Automatica, Jaguar Love). Stream or download their debut single “Mystery Girl” to get the full effect.

The Very Best Return With “MTMTMK”

The Very Best is made up of Swedish-born producer Johan Hugo and Malawian singer/drummer Esau Mwamwaya, but summing up their sound as “world music” wouldn’t do them justice. On their latest effort “MTMTMK,” the duo blend handfuls of sounds and elements into a hard, catchy dance tune. You can stream the entire album in full via NPR First Listen.
