No Doubt Return, Share Video For New Single
It’s been a while since No Doubt has been on our radar. This fall, that’ll change. The band's first album in more than a decade, “Push and Shove,” is due September 25. In the meantime, we’ve got the visuals for lead single “Settle Down,” directed by longtime collaborator Sophie Muller. Expect a world tour to be announced later this summer.
Jack White Taps Hype Williams for Video
If you had any doubts about Jack White’s White Stripes days being well behind him, his video for “Freedom At 21” should put your uncertainty to bed. Directed by hip-hop visual mastermind Hype Williams, “Freedom At 21” -- off of White’s debut solo effort “Blunderbuss” -- is a filter-filled frenzy of lime-colored muscle cars, high-speed chases, sexy jail make-out sessions and a cameo from Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme (as the local interstate sheriff). Yes, it’s safe to say that White is well removed from the days of peppermint-inspired color schemes.

Deadmau5 Remixes Nine Inch Nails
For Canada’s Joel Zimmerman, a.k.a. Deadmau5, not much is out of left field these days. Even still, seeing his remix of Nine Inch Nails’ “Survivalism” hit the Interweb was a bit surprising. The excellent production, however, and slick, reverb-drenched drums arrive as expected.
