Travis Rice at the TW SNOW Riders Poll awards Chris Wellhausen/TW SNOW

The who’s-who of snowboarding came out last night for Transworld Snowboarding magazine’s 13th annual Riders’ Poll Awards Presented By New Era in Denver, Colorado. Known as one of the biggest night in snowboarding, the best riders of 2011 were determined by polling more than 100 professional snowboarders worldwide.

Mark McMorris walked away with the Men’s Rookie Of The Year title for his breakout season, which included landing the first backside 1440 triple cork. Mark has had quite a weekend, winning this award and a gold medal in Snowboard Big Air last night at Winter X Games.

The Women’s Rookie of the Year award went to Finland’s Enni Rukajärvi. Enni’s 2011 season included a gold medal in Winter X Games Slopestyle and a big win at the Burton U.S. Open.

Travis Rice was crowned Men’s Rider of the Year for his riding in The Art Of FLIGHT, which also won for Video of the Year. After traveling with the movie as it made its way around the world, we’re sure Travis was beyond stoked to be on hand to accept the awards.

Congrats to Mark, Enni and Travis!
