The Red Bull Thre3Style Photo Challenge took place during the Brooklyn stop on April 22 at the Music Hall of Williamsburg. Six photographers from NYU, Nassau Community College and Columbia accepted the challenge.
Each photographer was given the same amount of time as the DJs, with 15 minutes to capture three different images: DJ Close Up, Environment/Crowd and Creativity/Photographer's Choice.
The energy of the DJs and the crowd gave the photographers plenty of opportunities to capture their images. Throughout their 15 minutes, they had full access to the stage and the venue to get the best shots possible.
All of the photographers shooting turned in great images that captured the excitement of Red Bull Thre3Style. Included below are the top three photographers and their three images. Anna Rigby Wilson had the best shots of DJ Dances with White Girls, taking home a Red Bull Ilume limited-edition Leica Camera.
