New Brunswick, New Jersey is celebrated by indie and punk music lovers around the world – not only for exports like The Gaslight Anthem, Thursday, Lifetime and The Bouncing Souls, but for the vibrant underground scene that has thrived there for over 25 years. As a tribute to the legendary New Brunswick scene, Red Bull Noise Complaint showcases underground bands from across the spectrum of independent music. As different as their sounds may be, they all have something in common – a desire to write, record and tour on the songs they love.
On Friday, February 22, New Found Glory will play the conclusion of Red Bull Noise complaint with the Menzingers, Man Overboard, and special guests, the Scandals. The hard-working Scandals of Bayonne, New Jersey, played the original Noise Complaint Showcase at the Court Tavern in New Brunswick and were selected to open this show at the House of Blues in Atlantic City.
Every one of these bands made a name for themselves through the DIY spirit. Red Bull Noise Complaint tells their stories.
Due to Hurricane Sandy the date and venue have changed to February 22, 2013 at the House of Blues Atlantic City.
