- About this Video
- After sealing the 2010 championship in the RB6, Red Bull Racing tweaked the car for the 2011 Formula One season and have revealed the new RB7. Designed by Red Bull Racing Technical Director Adrian Newey, the RB7 is made of a composite monocoque structure, built in-house at the factory in Milton Keynes, UK. The power comes from the Renault V8 RS27 engine with race fuel and oil supplied by Total. The aluminium engine has eight cylinders and a capacity of 2400cc capable of a maximum RPM of 18,000. The power is transmitted through a seven-speed gearbox to four wheels clad in Pirelli tires.
