- The Journey Begins: Two indie bands from the Midwest (Young Jesus and Brighton, MA) participate in a national showdown along the famed Route 66, challenging each other on and off the stage along the seven-day journey. Five tour stops pit the bands against each other as they are judged on various criteria with the winning band earning recording sessions at the Red Bull Studios in Los Angeles.
