- About this Video
- As part of a Wounded Wear event -- whose mission is to help wounded warriors rediscover the hero within -- the Red Bull Air Force took recently-wounded veterans to new heights at Jumping for a Purpose. Skydiving provides a feeling of openness, which might have been thought to be off limits by the recently physically disabled. According to Matt Thompson, co-founder of TroopSwap and an organizer of the event, the owner and staff of Skydive Suffolk airport want to give wounded warriors the opportunity to experience skydiving first hand as a way of showing their support and appreciation for the military.
