RULER
"The Ruler" is a kiss of death style (ref below) trick taken to the extreme. The rider comes off the ramp throwing his feet straight towards the ceiling and also throws the rear end of the bike down. The ruler name comes from getting both you and the bike in a straight position from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock. Straight like a ruler. (picture 1)HEELCLICKER
The heel clicker is where the rider raises his feet above the handlebars, then - with his hands still on the grips - wraps his legs around his arms and 'clicks' his heels together above the front fender.360
For the 360 the rider carves off the ramp as if he is going to whip the bike. At the apex of the ramp the rider pulls back on the bars and looks over the left shoulder. The head position is the biggest difference in the execution of the 360 versus the backflip. As the bike leaves the jump, it follows the direction of the riders head and rotates in a flat spin. When the bike is past 270 degrees of rotation, the rider spots the landing and takes the bike from a flat spin into an up-right position (similar to the second part of a backflip).
WHIP
A Whip is when the rider whips the bike sideways in the air so that the bike comes as close to sideways as possible then the bike straitens out for the landing. (picture 2)
KISS OF DEATH
The rider leaves the jump and positions the bike as close to vertical as possible, much like the "Fender Grab." The rider then kicks his/her legs back and up above the head in "Hart Attack" fashion while both hands remain on the handlebars. A polished "Hart Attack" sees the bike and rider in a near vertical position. The rider pushes the front end down and brings the legs back and down to the pegs.MC METZ
The McMetz is actually two "saran wraps" at the same time. Sometimes called the "double saran," the rider performs a "bar hop," then lets go with both hands and rolls the legs back to the pegs on each side of the bike. The best riders perform this trick with a no-handed lander.ROCK SOLID
This trick is a combination of a “Double Superman Seatgrab” and a “Nothing”. The rider starts doing the Double Superman Seatgrab, but then he takes his hands out of the grab-holes and continues with the “Nothing”. (picture 3)Ruler
