A former 5-time National Dirt Track Racing champion, Bonsey joins the ranks of 23 hopefuls looking to capture the 125 World Grand Prix Championship. Kenny Roberts found Bonsey and quickly brought his talent to the attention of Team Red Bull KTM Team Manager, Harold Bartol. Acting as his personal coach, Roberts has worked tirelessly to translate Bonsey's flat track success to the road. Bonsey is also the only other american, along with Nicky Hayden, competing in MotoGP this year. His goal for the year is to: compete in every race and learn as much as possible.
