What is a Champion of Red Bull?

It's the best of the best. From surfing to snowboarding, NASCAR to breakdancing, these are the leaders of their crafts. They don't follow trends–they set them! These are the Champions of Red Bull.

Ryan Sheckler: Ever since Ryan Sheckler won Summer X Games gold as a 13-year-old in 2003, the phenom from San Clemente, CA has been grinding, boosting and gapping his way to skateboard superstardom. Now at just 18 years old, Ryan has continued to dominate the skate scene and the mainstream with his own MTV show, "The Life of Ryan", which has brought Sheckler Mania to a whole new audience!

Andy Irons: Known throughout the surf world as the Slayer of Slater, this Hawaiian surf legend is best known for his intense tubes at one of the deadliest waves in the world - Pipeline. Andy was the #1 ranked surfer in the world in 2002, ’03 and ’04 and was inducted into the Surfing Hall of Fame in 2003.

Bruce Irons: Bruce Irons puts it all on the line. From his career highlight of winning the legendary Quiksilver In Memory of Eddie Aikau event in 2004 to a “grip it and rip it” attitude that is personified in his surfing that led to a feature film about his life called, “The Bruce Movie”, which took home three awards at Sufer Magazine’s Surfer Poll in 2005.

Kevin Robinson: Kevin Robinson pedaled his way into BMX history in Los Angeles at X Games 12 (’06) when he landed the first-ever double flair (a double back flip with a 180) in an undisputable gold medal win at the BMX Freestyle Vert Best Trick contest.

Tanner Hall: After dominating the world of freestyle skiing for years, Tanner Hall came back from a bone shattering crash at the legendary 100ft. Chad’s Gap in 2005 to recapture the gold medal at Winter X Games Superpipe in 2006 and again in 2007. Also in 2007 Tanner released an acclaimed feature film, “Believe”.

Lindsey Vonn: Imagine racing down the side of a mountain at lightening speeds, weaving gates and charging the finish line. This is Lindsey Vonn. The Turin Olympian and worldwide fan favorite is back for 07/08 and poised for World Cup domination!

Crazy Legs: The longtime leader of the Rock Steady Crew that took b-boy and breakdancing culture to the mainstream, Richard “Crazy Legs” Colon in his 30 years on the b-boy scene, has become world renown as an ambassador of hip-hop culture and a unique American art form that he helped to create.

Nicky Hayden: Since before he could talk, Nicky Hayden wanted to race motorcycles. Nicky took that need for speed and turned it into a career in Moto GP. Today Nicky is one of the top Moto GP racers on the circuit and the 2006 Moto GP World Champion.

Juan Pablo Angel: Born in Medellin, Colombia, Juan Pablo Angel knows how to kick it! As striker for the New York Red Bulls, Angel has helped lead the team to new heights and to many victories.

Brian Vickers: One of the hottest young drivers in motorsports, this 2003 NASCAR Busch Series Champion, puts the pedal to the metal every race and every turn. At only 24 years old, Vickers will be lapping the competition for years to come.

Robby Naish: Robby Naish is the King of Windsurfing, has been since he became the youngest world champion at just 13 years old. Since then Robby has continued his dominance garnering 23 World Windsurfing Crowns as well as respect and admiration from around the world.

Josmer “Jozy” Altidore: At only 17 years old, Josmer “Jozy” Altidore is a New York Red Bulls striker that not only makes a difference on the field but he also is committed to the global community. Jozy was a candidate for ESPN”s Next Award in 2007 as well as working with celebrities Wyclef Jean and Shakira to bring attention to his charity Yele Haiti.
